The Annunciation

The angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favour with God. And now, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you will name him Jesus”. Luke 1:30-32

Tomorrow, we will celebrate the Annunciation in our classrooms to acknowledge this very significant event in the life of Mary our Mother. This important time reminds us as Catholics to never doubt our Lord and to be open to his plan for us. Just as Mary did, we say yes and accept all that God asks of us.

Holy Week - ‘The Spirit of God Lives in You’ (Romans 8:11)

From the beginning of Lent until now we have prepared our hearts by penance and charitable works. Sunday marks the commencement of Holy Week, beginning with Palm Sunday. Holy Week is the most meaningful time in our Church year. As a school, we will celebrate with a Prayer Celebration each morning at 9:15 am in the hall. Parents are more than welcome to join us for the liturgy their child/ren are involved in.
