Assistant Principal's Message
Dear Parents, Carers and the St Joseph’s Community,
The prayer for this week is dedicated to our amazing Fete Committee for the hours and hours of work and dedication they have put in to making our upcoming Fete an amazing event.
A Prayer of Gratitude for Volunteers
God our provider, thank you for the volunteers You provide to our community.
You call precisely the right people to the right area of service.
Thank you for calling out and gifting volunteers to serve.
I stand amazed at Your great choreography called life,
which brings Your children together to perform beautiful acts of service.
Amen.

A Message from Kerry our School Counsellor
There is a new dedicated portal called MindMap (mindmap.act.gov.au) for children and young people (up to 25 years of age) to help navigate Canberra’s mental health system and to find the right service and support. MindMap is available Monday to Sunday between 11am and 10pm, 7 days a week.
You can navigate the portal yourself, anytime, to find information about mental health services and helpful information. If you prefer to contact someone about finding the right service or information you can phone, email, or webchat:
- Phone 1800 862 111
- Email support@mindmap.act.gov.au
- Webchat(available on the bottom right-hand side of your browser window)
MindMap understands that some services may have long waitlists, so can help support children and young people while they wait. They can offer to call or email you while you wait for a service and provide you with some helpful information. MindMap can also offer some counselling sessions to keep you supported until you are able to access the right service, which are free for you while you wait.
Have an enjoyable end to the week!
